His expertise spans the entire mobility value chain—from fleet operations and customer strategy to warehouse and inventory management, last-mile logistics, and after-sales service.

Recognized for his ability to translate strategy into execution, Surya has consistently built scalable operating models that improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and create lasting value for riders, enterprise clients, and ecosystem partners. His work in customer experience (CX) transformation and service design has enabled organizations to deliver differentiated, technology-enabled service at scale.
